For cancellations 90+ days before the wedding, we provide a full refund minus the booking fee (10%). Cancellations 60-90 days receive 70% refund, and within 60 days receive 50% refund. We typically don't provide raw files as our artistic style and brand are reflected in our editing process. However, for an additional fee, we can provide high-resolution edited JPEGs suitable for professional printing. All delivered photos are expertly edited, color-corrected, and optimized for both web and print use.

For multi-day celebrations, we deploy a team of 2-4 photographers and videographers to ensure complete coverage. We create detailed shot lists, coordinate with your wedding planner, and assign specific team members to different events (mehendi, sangeet, ceremony, reception). Large weddings get additional coverage to capture all family groups and moments across the venue.
